  MEDAN – Pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada) di Kabupaten Deliserdang, Sumatera Utara, tahun 2013 terpaksa dilakukan dua putaran. Pasalnya, tidak ada satupun pasangan yang meraih suara 30 persen. Demikian dikatakan Ketua KPU Kabupaten Deliserdang Muhammad Yusri, Selasa (29/10). “Hasil rapat pleno rekapitulasi pemilihan Bupati-wakil bupati Deliserdang dilakukan dua putaran,”ujarnya. Dijelaskannya, peraih suara tertinggi yakni pasangan Ahmad Ashari Tambunan-Zainuddun Mars yakni 29,99 persen. Sedangkan pasangan Akhmad Talaa-Hardi Mulyono menempati posisi kedua dengan perolehan suara 18,63 persen. Perolehan suara berdasarkan nomor urut 11 pasangan yakni  o.   Tito Rabat has completed a controlled weekend in the Moto2™ Shell Advance Malaysian Motorcycle GP, topping every session before winning a shortened race. Pol Espargaro finished second with Scott Redding seventh, meaning the Englishman’s championship advantage decreases from twenty points to nine. Originally scheduled to be a 19-lap encounter, the race distance was shortened to 12 tours following a delay after a multiple collision on the opening lap.   MotoGP™ governing body the FIM has released the race calendar for the 2014 season. Proceedings will begin in Qatar on 23 March and end in Valencia on 9 November, with new events appearing in Argentina and Brazil. Qatar’s Losail International Circuit will kick off proceedings with the annual evening race before MotoGP™ heads to Austin, Texas for the second time. Argentina will be on the race schedule for the first time since 1999, with the newly-built Termas de Rio Hondo circuit, whereas Brasilia joins with a September slot.
